Operating principle

The electromagnetic step-less speed change machine enters the principal axis by cycloid reducer, and running double helix around single axis at a certain speed. It makes the materials weightless in a short moment because of machine's operation. The materials stagger wildly. The convection generated to make them spread and mix without deflection, especially the materials that have large difference in proportion and particles. The mix precision is high and the mix is homogeneous. When the proportion of solid-solid mixing is 1:1000, the deviation is between 0.003% to 0.008%. The mixing speed is high. The speed of normal powder is only about 10 minutes. Low energy consumption which is 1/4 to 1/10 compared to a general mixer.
